Covid-19/Coronavirus – What does this mean for delivery?

Due to the current restrictions in place from Covid-19 virus orders placed will be on an order to order basis. Please contact us before placing an order so we can ensure that we can ship your tankard to you safely before completing the transaction. If you have completed your transaction, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to discuss options.

How much does postage and packaging cost?

The standard delivery we offer to any UK mainland and Northern Ireland address is £10 on orders of one tankard and £12 for two or more tankards. This is so we can track your tankard and ensure it arrives safely at its destination.

 

How long will I need to wait to receive my parcel?

Due to the current restrictions in place from Covid-19 virus orders placed will be on a unique basis. Please contact us before placing an order so we can ensure that we can ship your tankard to you safely before completing the transaction. Once an order is placed we will issue an email with the details of your delivery including when it was dispatched and the tracking code so you can see where your parcel is every step of the way.

Please note all deliveries are Monday to Friday. (Please allow an extra day when this includes Bank Holiday).

 

Do you ship world-wide?

No unfortunately not, we only deliver to England currently.

 

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately not, we don’t currently offer this service.

 

What if I need to return something?

You can return any part of your order at any time within 28 days of receipt, for a full no-fuss refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original condition and have not been used. Simply contact us directly here and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Please note tankards that have been personalised with an engraved message cannot be returned except when damaged or faulty. Goods are returned at your own expense except when damaged or faulty. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.

Can I amend my delivery address?

We cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred as a result of a parcel being undeliverable for any reason, therefore please be as precise as possible when entering details for delivery. If you need to amend the delivery address please contact us here as soon as possible, however any changes will be impossible after you have received ‘your order is being processed’ email.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and despatched you will receive an email informing you of the tracking and delivery details. You can track your parcel via the royal mail website here.
